Our first visit and we loved it. The Inn was charming and unique. The bar and the restaurant were excellent and we enjoyed sitting in the quaint lobby with coffee. The staff was available and so kind and informative. Our room was so roomy with a great sitting area and very updated bathroom and furnishings but staying with the theme of tghe Inn. We are already planning a return visit.

It's quaint, room interior very nice, some drywall not finished. The rooms exterior was not attractive. The restaurant was not open during our stay. The walk to their other property for dinner was on a busy road shoulder. A sidewalk or stone path would be helpful.

Perfect country retreat
Nicely appointed historical stay with all amenities for a country retreat. Literally across the street from the Jefferson Warm Springs Pools which was the purpose of my stay.

A Beautiful Clean quiet Inn
Its a clean Inn. Kind staff and quiet. Nicely across the street from the pools. I feel the property needs security at night and phones in the rooms. The food is delicious and fresh in the restaurant.

Loved our stay. However the lights in the jail house unit 11… either side of the bed are very harsh. I woke up at 3 and wanted to read and my husband complained about the light bulb without a shade. I considered putting a cloth over it… but the bulb was hot to touch so I declined my thought.

Very nicely put together and wonderful stay, overall. We stayed in one of the carriage house rooms, which are like a classic hotel room. It was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was nicely done with an overhead rain shower head and hand wand. Very luxurious touch. The room includes a fridge, microwave and large sink. Feels like a kitchenette, although we had no plates or utensils. But it's easy to bring some back from the main house. We had one dinner at the restaurant and the food is largely locally sourced. Overall, the dining experience was great. It was the best tasting, freshest trout we've ever had with huge portions. Service was fantastic. Note that the restaurant is only open for breakfast and lunch Wed-Sunday, so plan accordingly as early dining options in the area are limited. However, the coffee shop still provides free breakfast each day from 7a-10a and they have a pretty decent assortment of goodies, including hot grab and go food options. Do not miss the opportunity to get a Smores Mountain at the coffee shop. It's exceptional! All made from scratch ingredients. We would wake up for coffee/tea and enjoy the patio with some quiche, fruit, or breakfast sandwich. Overall, this really is a very nice place to stay. We would definitely return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
