The staff was very courteous, professional and helpful. The Hampton is very close to Smarthers Beach. the breakfast options were varied, the coffee was excellent and the dining area was very comfortable. The room was clean, bed and pillows were comfy & conducive to a good night sleep. Although close to the airport, I only heard a flight around 8 am. We had to leave early due to hurricane Helene but will return and stay again at the Hampton Inn.

I paid for an oceanfront room. I had a beautiful room with a large bathroom and a balcony that looked out over the Gulf of Mexico, but directly in front of me was a road, a busy road that was very difficult to cross. I thought maybe there was a beach when I got to the other side of the road, but it was a seawall with a drop off to the water. Beach access was a very long walk which I did not take because it was 100° outside. I was really expecting a much easier beach access. The pool was lovely, I did enjoy that and happy hour was a nice touch with one free drink per person. Breakfast was just OK. We did use the hotel shuttle once to get back to the waterfront where our fairy was to go back home. It was not convenient most of the time because it only runs every 45 minutes. Overall, a very nice day but very overpriced for what you get. In addition to the overpriced hotel stay, you will also pay a resort fee that is almost $40 when you get there. I would say it was not worth the money.

The woman working at the Cheekie Hut was awesome. Friendly and hard working. I think we startled the front desk guy when we walked in to check in. It was around 7:30pm, not sure if he was napping or watching videos on his phone, but he jumped when he saw us standing at the counter. How he didn’t hear us come in I don’t know. He was very nice though. Our room was great, wish we were there longer than one night.

From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the island. I particularly loved the cozy bedding and the stunning views from my balcony. The hotel's location is ideal—just a short distance from the beach and vibrant local attractions, making it easy to enjoy everything Key West has to offer. Plus, the complimentary breakfast each morning was a delightful way to start the day, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. I also appreciated the well-maintained pool area, which was perfect for relaxing under the sun. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, and their recommendations for local dining and activities were spot on. Nice location away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Quiet, but really nice bar and pool. Shuttle downtown was really convenient but I don't think it can handle big crowds. Really large, nice rooms. Comfy bed, and we had a sectional. The TV was having connection issues when we arrived, but the staff was quick to send someone to fix.
