Great place, however I would recommend aur conditioning in each unit as the summers are getting much hotter with climate change. Also would be nice to have pools open prior to checkout times on weekends. Thank for providing a great safe clean facility with friendly excellent service from staff on calls (Ryan).

Very beautiful resort. Just be aware that there is no front desk so you have to go to another lodge to pick up your key from a lock box. There is also no air conditioning and our room for very hot. However, the pool is nice and there is a great place to BBQ and enjoy the scenery. Would definitely go back.

Our stay at this hotel was pretty good. There were a few things that could have been improved upon though. I will start with the good- clean condo unit, with pretty much everything you could need to stay with friends or family. Comfy beds and living/dinning area! Bad- instructions for checking in were not clear. It was contactless check in and you had to go to a different resort to get keys. There was no map sent and it was just overly confusing about where we had to go. Pool bookings were confusing and hard to come by- not all the hotels fault due to covid but still disappointing. There was supposed to be a continental breakfast. Where or when, I have no clue! The toilet off the master bathroom didn’t always work. The keys we were given didn’t all work so we had to go get new ones. They also didn’t all work.

Love the location of Snow Creek, and the room was well equipped and clean. The areas that need improvement was definitely the bed!! Not comfortable, felt like sleeping on a bouncy castle! Time for a new mattress. It would also be nice to have a lighter duvet for the summer, especially since the room has no air conditioning...very warm at night. The other area that could use improvement is the cleanliness of the pool and hot tub. The bottoms had a collection of sand and debris, don't think it was cleaned in the 6 days we were there.
