Broken hid a bed couch Entrance closet doors not working and fell off track as soon as we left Only one hot tub working in a huge resort at Christmas. REALLY Filthy carpets and dirty tub No room cleaning or replacements in 3 days Since when is this acceptable for room cost

Good hotel, very comfortable with nice balcony and fireplace. Only reason for 4 star was lack of on property cooked breakfast options... the restaurant was only open for evening meal, I would have thought with it being Ski season it would be open for breakfast.....

Always a nice stay
I try to visit this resort every year or so in shoulder season for a quick weekend away. The room was clean, bed was super super comfy. Check in was quick and hospitable. The bathroom could certainly use some updating. The kitchens should be stocked with more supplies for actually cooking in them. We knew we were eating out this trip so I didn’t pack all the kitchen stuff I normally have to bring. The bathroom sink backed up just from washing hands but does empty slowly. None of which are a big deal. Biggest thing if your renting full kitchens at least have basic supplies to actually use the kitchen. Overall I had a wonderful stay as I normally do. Thanks Trickle Creek and Staff!
