Would have been nice to have a complementry breakfast. Thought it had a full size fridge, but it didn't. Lucky there was an ice machine. Bicycle path right beside the motel was a bonus.

Jetted tub is not what the picture advertised on the website, for the room it shows a corner tub, the reality is it is just part of the bath tub in the bathroom with no pictures or anything on the page saying that. Deceitful posting it as part of the living space but it not being. Definitely wasn’t worth the price of the room.

There was no free continental breakfast as advertised and what I experienced in other BW. There was no linen plastic bag and no room service until you check out. This could be a 5 star with minor adjustments.

Not what you would expect from a Best Western

The staff were great but the overall experience was sub-par. First we entered our room and there was a strong smell of smoke - when we called the office they moved us to a different room immediately which was great. Thank you Donna! The building was very dirty on the outside (needed to be pressure washed) and several areas inside needed to be vacuumed (the stairwells were filthy). Breakfast was awful! The meat was not cooked, the poached eggs were soft but the whites were hardly cooked and the pineapple was actually brown and rotten.

We liked the location of the property but the staff which i don't like. The lady in the front desk(that was July 16th 2025 3.30 pm) told us to wait to see if the room is ready it took some time and then she sent us to the room we tried to open the door with no luck so went down to tell her that she said i will reprogram the key for you and the door does't open and went down again the same problem this happened three times after that she said i will send the mentainance guy he came the same problem finally told the guy to open the door with the physical key because we were tired after a long drive he opened and we found it was the wrong room it is a basic room but we reserved upgraded room so we talked to the front desk again and told her we payed extra money for that she said sorry i will change you room and the new room it did not open with the key again so she asked the guy again to open the door. The new room the TV wasn't working. we will not book this hotel again.

Room we got was not as shown in pictures. Pictures show jacuzzi in room but apparently it’s only a jetted tub, so we were very unhappy about that. Licence for elevator was over a year since last inspection. Staff was very friendly though.

I stayed here for one night with my son on Canada Day long weekend. It was pleasant stay, the bed was comfy, the room very clean. We had breakfast at the restaurant at the hotel which was convenient. I’d recommend this place.

Hotel is good; not the restaurant

The hotel and room were fine, but the fridge made a lot of noise. The toilet was dripping all night didn't flush propely - you had to hold the handle down. I let the front desk know. None of these were a big deal. Parking was very tight as the hotel was fully booked. Breakfast is no longer included. They have replaced the brekfast buffet with a small ala carte menu. Very limited choices. Service was good but the food was absolutely terrible. We had modifed avocado toast (no egg, cheese or potato latke) and they added some fruit. Fruit tasted like it had been cut several daya before and left to dry. The avocado toast was bland, yet somehow managed to peave me feeling ill all day. Never eating there again.

Only thing we noticed was that the privacy curtains in our room #125 did not close and we had people walking by our room outside … I suggest you lengthen the rods so guests can close them if desired

Don't be fooled like us. We stayed in the King Room with Whirlpool on June 24, 2025. We booked early in June, specifically choosing this hotel because the listing included breakfast (note that older reviews about this are no longer true). We were coming off a hectic travel schedule and wanted a place where we could just relax and not worry about tracking down meals or amenities. Upon arrival, we were told that breakfast was no longer provided. When we showed our booking details to the front desk manager, Ben, he simply shrugged, saying they didn't update their listing on the booking websites in time. No apology for the lack of communication, and no effort to make things right. The next morning, the hotel shut off water to all the rooms — again, without any warning. When we called the front desk, the staff casually said, “Oh yeah, we had a mini emergency and had to stop all water,” as if it was no big deal. No courtesy call, no workarounds offered like bottled water to manage getting ready in the morning. The most disappointing part isn't even the lack of breakfast or running water: it was the staff's indifference. At no point did anyone express concern or take responsibility. If staff had handled this with a little bit more professionalism, we wouldn't have left this review. Hopefully this informs at least one other potential guest so they reconsider their options.

They advertised a inroom whirlpool which I paid extra for and then when we arrived they told us that it’s actually just a jetted tub in the bathroom, Not what the pictures show. It was very deceiving as we could have got a different hotel with same amenities for quite a bit cheaper, not impressed with Expedia for this at all
