The property was dine, but I'm sure will be nicer when the renovations are complete. Due to reno's, you could not pull up to the dront to check in or load/unload tour luggage. However, once the renovations are complete im aure it will be as expected from Hampton Inn. The staff was coutwous and friendly and checking in/out was easy.

I personally would not stay here again. Maybe it will be better once they finish the upgrades they’re doing. With how much they charge for a room, I expected WAY more. Here are the areas where I had issues with the room: As soon as we entered the room we noticed it smelled like dog urine that was covered up/cleaned up with a very strong carpet cleaner smell. It was awful. The lamp on the desk was super rusty. Why? Replace it. The lamp on my side of the bed did not work. Why? Replace it. The top sheet had very weird “crusty” like areas all over it that were scratchy. If we were not absolutely exhausted from driving all day, we would have left once we discovered all of this. Pick another place, honestly.

I presume the motel is undergoing a transfer to a Hampton Inn as front of building seems to be getting a facelift. However, accommodations were fine for driving up to unload.

Arrived at 3 pm receptionist says not sure if room ready but checked us in & told me I could go check myself to see if room was ready. Which was not , housekeeping extremely pleasant & apologized. Was ready in 45 minutes. But found both receptionists rude & unpleasant.
