Our second experience of staying two nights there. The room was clean but the heater didn’t work properly. With a one year old baby sleeping in a cold room, it took us 1.5 hour to convince the house keeping to give us extra heater! Otherwise, it was good.

Probably "Staff in-short" causing waiting in line for check-in "slow", also the Hot Springs pools water seemed low in heat. Would be nice that a bit hotter to the pools water. Thank you. Ps. Extra charge for "Cot" but never has, hower the reception desk removed the charges np. Thanks

Bathroom floor in my room had hair and dirt on the floor. Hotel is in major need of renovations considering the extreme cost to stay there. Only one elevator was working leading to very long wait times and half the time the elevator would get to my floor it was already beyond capacity so I would then have to wait even longer.. pools were overfilled with people
