I booked for early a.m. morning stay looking for immediate stay but was told it was for 4pm check in. I paid twice. I had to pay for correct time thinking I'dget a refund for 1st incorrect booking & hotel staff would not give me a refund for the incorrect booking & it went unused. HORRIBLE & DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!

Confused on the app
Stayed bc had a trade show in the area, i made the reservation online thru hotels.com i paid online, but when i got to the hotel, i was made to pay again, and the manager at the hotel showed me that the hotel hadn't been paid, i even showed him my conformation and receipts and emails. So im not sure what or where my original payment has went, im waiting on a manager or supervisor to reach back out to me from hotels.com

Very nice hotel. My room wasn’t ready when they said and they kindly upgraded me. Nice rooms and decent free breakfast. Only negative I can note is I wasn’t able to use my streaming stick but otherwise enjoyable stay.

I’m disappointed about the room not getting cleaned, vendor machines not working, not enough towels and when asked for 4 towels only said they can give me 2 towels.. The tube didn’t look clean. No extra trash bags when we asked.. It was our first time staying there and it was disappointing..
