For the price we paid for a 2 night stay,I expected lot more. We stayed in room 330 nothing about it was breathtaking. Our room was not clean, dusted nor vacuumed as it should have been for the price. The complementary hand soap and lotion bottles both needed to be cleaned from prior use, both bottles were filthy. We did have a fridge no microwave, which for the life of me I do not understand.We had a million restaurants we wanted to try but stuck with local restaurant with small portions so we didn’t have extra food to warm up ! SIDE NOTE:Would have been nice to warm up our food the next day.)As for the 18 dollars for breakfast do not let the pictures fool you. Do Not pay that ridiculous price for a continental breakfast you can get for free at your local Laquinta only difference I saw was the Hilton served meat! Also paying 25 valet or 22 self parking a day is crazy, especially when you have to walk across the parking garage and catch a elevator to get to your room. If you valet of course you get curbside assistance. I will say this the location was convenient to the event I was attending and that was definitely a plus. The hotel was beautiful and VERY quiet - like you might fall asleep at the bar quiet lol. I asked my self would I choose to stay here over somewhere else probably NOT.
The hotel was nice and in a good location. The front desk clerk, Rudy, was very nice and all of the valet guys were polite and friendly. There were a couple of issues where none of the valet guys were on staff, but the manager ran the cars while they figured out the scheduling challenges. Bed was comfy, but sheets were a little scratchy. The couch in the room is not really conducive to hanging out, but that’s fine. I enjoyed the shower and shower products provided. Will definitely stay again.
Hotel and check in staff great but when got to our room for - 1 King . They requested I show copy of my 2Queen confirmation and then said only Kings left - they said its often 3rd party hat send over reservation who messed up.
We had 3 of us checked out immediately and looking forwrd to rfund. checked out
First off, the room was very clean and looked beautiful. They nailed it on that side. The staff though is complete garbage. They have “Valet” service that is the absolute worst thing in the world. They say it’s 24/7…but will allow both to go on break at the same time. Then you’re stuck waiting 30 mins for your vehicle. They told me multiple times the valet was in the process of getting my car. Only to find out they were around the corner sleeping and eventually had to come get my keys. I complained and was fed an excuse that they were a third party who had their own management. Explained if they plan to contract with a garbage service, that is a reflection on them too. Completely inconvenient.
