I would score it less than 1 if possible. The neighborhood the hotel was located was horrible. There was a crack head sitting out front asking my husband for money. When I went to check in I had no idea the manager was the manager because he was sitting on top of the table and talking loudly. Very unprofessional, especially when i asked for a refund. Upon checking into my room I noticed that it was dirty. I have 2 young girls with me and I told them we would NOT be staying there. The commercials on TV made this hotel look amazing. Sadly it is a lie. And the manager refused to give me my money back in spite of me not staying there so when I called the company the representative said the Manager was rude to him! This hotel was the absolute worse. I ended up staying at an IHG hotel. Much better.

We had our two dogs with us so put a do not disturb sign on the door, but received a phone call while at our conference stating there are dogs inside and housekeeping couldn’t get in. We didn’t want them in and sign pet policy paper. The carpet was dirty, tv and phone did not work. Will not stay there again.
