The staff were friendly,. The breakfast had a variety to choose from including eggs, sausage and Belgian waffles, plus it's open 3.5 hours. Fridge, microwave in room, W/D avail. Flight attendants stayed there. Wonderful experience.

Comfortable room, shame about the service.
There’s an airport shuttle. No instructions on how to use it. Called the hotel 4 times. Was advised it would be 15-20 mins. It hadn’t arrived after 30mins. Originally told we don’t pick up. I believe they thought I was Dallas Love Field Instead. I was DFW. Upon arrival, it wasn’t warm and welcoming . He was actually quite short. Didn’t recognise Radisson status. No benefits. Hardly spoke. Didn’t explain any of the facilities. Checked out earlier. Breakfast not until 6am.

Okay for a night
The hotel definitely could use some updating, but it was okay. There's a strong smell when you walk into the lobby that i think is the chlorine from the indoor pool. The room also had a little bit of a musty smell. The AC worked great. The bed was comfortable.

The place is old. Need to have a total face nip. The Rome smell bed, the carpet was stirred. The furniture in the rooms we're old. It just needs a total facelift.

This is a nice, quiet and convenient hotel. Good breakfast as well. Only thing hotel key don't work when trying to get back in from out back and have to walk around to the front to enter. Other than that everything was cool. I will stay there again!
