The hotel was in a convenient location right off the freeway, but other than that the room was dirty. Upon entering the light fixtures by the bed were broken, the light fixture in the bathroom was rusted, the marble in the shower was broken, and the crack was filled in with silicone, the chest of drawers would not open, the carpet was burnt from the Iron. I requested housekeeping at 10 AM on a Saturday. The front desk advised me someone would be right up came back to my room 4 PM. It was still not clean when the housekeeper showed up. They advised me they typically do not clean on the weekends, they were doing it as a service and if we were in the room, they were not going to clean it because they had to leave, I asked for at least fresh towels and the garbage is to be changed. Never once was the bed cleaned or remade during my stay this hotel or inn Leaves a lot to Desired the photos on the website are a lot nicer than the rooms actually are it is very misleading. The only reason I stayed through the entirety of my trip was the room was not refundable or I would’ve checked out and went elsewhere.

Even tho, the room itself wasn't that bad. It description online was misleading. Going by the pictures, the room looked bigger, nicer and that wasnt the case. The breakfast was an unclean waffle maker, bread and oatmeal. The floor was dirty with coffee and you couldn't take food outside of the lobby. Highly not recommended if you are traveling alone.

I was put into a smoking room that had just been used the day before and was not clean enough for me. Cigarette burns everywhere and sheets were damaged with burn holes as well from cigarettes. There was ash everywhere and it smelled moldy and like cigarettes. The absolute worst stay I have ever encountered.

I think for the price, the hotel was ok. Checking in with a Kiosk was new to me and had no problem with that. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly . The room was very clean , but the hotel it's self needs some TLC. The ice machines dont work and the one and only one for the entire hotel barley made ice. The building is being painted which is going to make it almost a 4 star stay for me.

Nice Hotel.Misleading amenities.
It was a very nice and clean room, that came with a microwave and refrigerator. I enjoyed being able to hook my roku up to the tv. If you don't mind paying 100 bucks a night, I recommend you stay there.
