Check-in waits are long and prices are deceptive
The room was adequate but the pricing is deceptive. The room was offered at $69.00 but they failed to include the parking fee of $18.00 and the "Resort Fee" of $49.00. The later was supposed to provide high speed internet but it was abominably slow. The food and convenience prices were wildly over inflated. For example a Bacon Cheese Burger at Johnny Rocket's was ~$32.00! Bottle water was sold in the liter bottle at $5.99 each. But the worst feature was the interminable check-in process. There was a line of about 40 people with a single person to provide check-ins with in a panel of 10 to 15 check-in stations. You wait for over an hour just to check-in. They had an alternative which is to download the MGM app to log-in and create a "digital-key". We started down this road when the person next to me had the digital-key not work after traveling up to the room. Finally after examining the MGM App, it turned out that I had reserved two rooms, one for a relative and one for myself, but the app would only allow me to check-in for one of the rooms. It took a helpful "mobile" check-in attendant to resolve the second room problem. One would think that a multiple room situation would be handled by the MGM application. So, I recommend that you assess the amount of time you want to wait to check-in and then consider the deceptive pricing. This may cause you to re-consider this hotel as worth patronizing.

When we checked in our room hadn’t been cleaned properly as there were hairs in the bathroom and shower, the shower fell was empty and hat looked like the remains of a dead animal on the ceiling of the bathroom (picture attached). When we complained the staff were a bit rude, didn’t apologise and acted as though they didn’t care. Although the room was then cleaned the shower gel was still not refilled so we had to complain again the next morning and were met with the same lack of interest. We weren’t given an apology or any compensation. We stayed in a Motel6 with better customer service and cleaner rooms!

The hotel structure is beautiful, the pool area is really nice. the front desk agent that helped us was rude, lack of customer service quality.The casino is short of staff if you lucky you will get a drink an hour latter. The security personnel and bell boys were helpful and friendly. Not the best hotel and casino I been too.
