I checked into the the room and instantly requested for another room there was roaches in the refrigerator area when I requested another room they put me into a different room when I got into this next room the refrigerator did not work and there was no ironing board upon requesting that it be fixed they did handle it rather quickly. I have never had any issues at DoubleTree Hotels that I've stayed at in many different cities so I was a bit surprised I would not stay here again

The staff an environment is amazing, the Double tree hilton in ny city or upscale so the name had me thinking this was a high end but its a nice upgrade from a Inn ill be back for the service

Room cleaning after two night's you would expect someone to at least empty garbage and have cups! We requested day three linen change. Didnt happen. Room was a view of steel wall. We even requested an upgrade on day one never happened for our three night stay. Overall disappointed.

The hotel was clean and nice. The staff was helpful. This hotel actually had a very comfortable bed for someone who is a side sleeper with chronic back pain. This is the only hotel I’ve come across that didn’t have a horrible firm bed!
