The property is at a great location and close to the airport. They haf a shuttle which was also great. The staff were nice. Only issue was the bathroom sink being clogged. The water pressure for the shower was also poor. They were nice enough to allow us to use a different room at no extra charge but it had the same problems. We did pay for it in food though becuase a drumstick ice-cream was $6!!!

Worst hotel I've stayed at in years. No hot water in the sink or shower in my room, so I took 2 cold showers and my wife took none. We swam in the pool but discovered that none of the outside access pads were functional so we had to walk back to the front desk to access our room. The next day we left, and the property overall was littered with trash from activities the night before. I realize this is not the Waldorf Astoria, but it felt more like a Motel 6. Won't stay there again.

Not so great. The phones don't work so you can arrange a wake-up call, contact the front desk, or order room service. I had to use my cell to call the hotel. It took several tries to get through to a person. My room had no room service menu and they wouldn't bring me one. I had a sick kiddo in the room so couldn't go down to the restaurant to order like they said I would have to. Overall, I expected better, but the shuttle ran on time the next day and we slept well.

Overall nice, however, the first floor rooms were very vulnerable to bugs. I found some in the shower and would see some in the bathroom.
