Payment Processing Issues
There have been several issues with Element charging the incorrect credit card. When our consultant arrived to check in they charged the entire stay to her debit card instead of the card I used to book the room through Hotels.com. When I received the receipt from Element all the card numbers were incorrect so now I have to chase down two different banks to try and figure out where this was charged. What a headache. I will not be booking anymore rooms with them.

The most pleasant staff who worked well together and seemed to actually enjoy doing nice things for guests. Really clean, comfortable room, comfortable bed, nice kitchenette area. Awesome pool! Nice gym. Plenty of gathering space to visit with friends. Really quiet inside, too. The breakfast was beautifully prepared and eggs were cooked as ordered and served with turkey sausage. No complaints at all!

Clean, modern and noisy
Hotel was clean but room walls were paper thin. Me and my wife could hear someone snoring. Also drunk people outside in the courtyard until 12AM. The hotel was overall very noisy. I will not be staying here again
