Fresh Design + Classic Architecture. Nestled in the M-Streets/Lower-Greenville Area. Accommodating 4 guests. Close to 75 & Downtown Dallas. The space is a one bedroom apartment with open living area suited with a new sleeper sofa. A plush queen bed in bedroom. Full Kitchen & Bathroom. Original wood floors. Fresh linens provided. Guest access 24-Hour Check-In (Anytime after 3:00 pm). Entire apartment available for guests. Hosting is our passion; we are available via message or phone. One free parking spot per guest. Only park on the street or in one of the front spaces, in front of the building. Our Community washer and dryer is just one door down the hall from our apartment. We provide our guests with laundry detergent. (Only $3 per load)

Misrepresented
We enjoyed our stay here for the couple days we were in town. The place was just misrepresented in the images shown. When we arrived we noticed that there was dirt all over the couch and also in the bedroom. It ended up being the AC Unit just had not been cleaned in a while and that is where the dirt and dust was coming from. Messaged the host at time of booking and did not get a response to my request for later check out and asked again later on. Had we known that was not an option we would have booked elsewhere.

Convenient/clean
Nice stay, one odd thing for me was that all windows had an opaque film on them so you can see outside. Probably for privacy, but I like to see outside. The heater is nice, but tricky to turn on. Convenient walk to restaurants and stores. All in all nice, quiet place to stay.

Home away from home
What we especially love is the location, it's walking distance from some restaurants and is centrally located within the city, but is in an older, beautiful, historic, quiet neighborhood. The bed is comfortable, and we slept really well. We would definitely stay here again, thank you!!!!
