Christmas at the Gaylord is the best! I also appreciater the guest only additions this year. The bed in 1189 was TERRIBLE. I felt like I was sleeping on a wooden box. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and ejoyed our experience but after sleeping in this bed I woke up in so much pain. Especially for the price I expect more.

Had to wait 2 hours after check in time to get our room, only to be placed in a room with double beds and not the king we paid for because that was all that was available. Carpets in room were not very clean, the bath tub faucet was loose and there was poor water pressure. Elevator stopped between floors once. Very disappointed as this was an anniversary trip.
