Mixed Experience with Outstanding Staff
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the staff. Their welcoming attitude and friendliness stood out as exceptional, proving that good hospitality still exists even when other aspects fall short.
Unfortunately, cleanliness was a major concern throughout the facility. The bathroom door in our room was particularly dirty, and we even found a used dental floss pick on the bathroom floor – an unacceptable oversight in room preparation. A thorough deep cleaning of the entire facility is urgently needed to meet basic hospitality standards.
The breakfast service needs significant improvement:
Limited fresh fruit selection
Insufficient beverage options
Overall buffet variety could be expanded
Additional issues:
The on-site convenience store lacked basic beverages
Linens appear worn and need replacement
Recommendations for Management:
Implement rigorous cleaning protocols
Update room linens
Enhance breakfast offerings
Restock convenience store with essential items
While the exceptional staff provides a solid foundation for success, the property requires immediate attention to cleanliness and amenity improvements to justify the room rates and meet guest expectations.
