Good Hotel option near Dallas / Plano
We chose this Hampton Inn to be our home for a week. The building looks really nice on the outside as well as inside. Except for the hallways carpet which we didnt like. The have included breakfast everyday from 6-10am . It has waffles, eggs, sausage,bread,bagels,muffins,cereal,juices,milk,fruits,yogurt. It is very complete, although you may get bored of the same after a few days. We didnt like the taste of the water, it tasted moldy even if poured from the water dispenser they have for bottles, so we ended up buying bottled water to drink. The people at the hotel reception were friendly ( except for one guy working at the front desk on thanksgiving day ) he was rude and uncooperative. The room was spacious and in excellent shape. Only the tv remote didnt work. If you like Hampton Inn Hotels this is a great option.

Don’t stay at this Hampton Inn
It was fine until the end when your facility charged me three times for my room. I split the cost of the room with a friend and supposedly they split between two credit cards. Instead they charged us both the full amount. We ask to correct and they said they said they did. Instead they charged me three times only one is correct. This will be a huge hassle to correct won’t be returning and will share this experience with friends and family. I am hoping this was an incompetent employee and not a scam.

I would stay here again
I was only here two nights. The room was spacious, but the carpet had a few suspicious stains which is why I rated the experience with 4 stars instead of 5. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great, they have a kiosk with drinks and snacks. The gentleman who checked me in on Saturday night was very nice and helpful. Very easy access to Hwy 75.

Very pleased with all the staff we dealt with and the place was clean and well maintained. We have stayed there several times and we plan to stay there whenever we are the area. The staff at the front desk were very courteous and helpful.
