Property and staff were helpful and accommodating during my stay. The bathrooms you can tell are older and on the small side, but they serve the purpose intended. I would stay here again on future stays in Dallas.

I was told I would have a bathtub after I asked at check in I was told yes I was given one of the nicer rooms and I don’t believe that’s the truth the most important thing to me was the view and it wasn’t what I thought and the bathtub and the pictures showed one I called and asked before I paid for room was told it want be a problem and at check in was told I had one it was not the truth

Too noisy in the room. The rooms seem older, they have shared door to join two rooms. The problem is that the shared door is near the head of the bed and there seems to be very little noise blocking between the two rooms. The first night the lady in the room next to me was on a phone call until late, it sounded like she was in MY room on the phone. Making it very difficult to sleep. The next morning the cleaning crew was cleaning the next door room and again it was very loud in my room. I don't know how they can fix this but there needs to be noise blocking between the rooms.

The valet parking argument
Shopping trip. We went to The galleria mall. The stay was great! only bad thing about this trip was we drove a large truck n were told it wouldn’t fit in the garage so we had to park in the valet area free of charge which was great but then a valet employee said NO n was completely argumental about the situation. So much he even walked us to the front desk again only to argue some more with the front desk girl whom charged us for valet parking anyway.

NOT sufficient accommodations
We arrived late in the evening, greeted nicely. Next afternoon we went to the pool, the water was so cold I couldn't swim and this was the main reason we chose this hotel for the pool accommodations. Our king size bed was actually a queen, too small for comfort. The lobby restaurant was insufficient, the bar was never open , a large group of guests had to demand cocktails as they arrived and tried to relax from the journey. We reserved our stay for 4 nights, OUR ROOM WAS NEVER CLEANED. I will never stay at this hotel again and I will advise others to look elsewhere as well.
