The hotel is nice but the staff is truly excellent. So many were just so nice and took time for extra touches - for example - wouldn't let me buy toothpaste because they had complimentary, arranged for a complimentary Lyft since the shuttle was not running. Everyone very friendly. Very much enjoyed my stay.

We had a great time there , the only thing we didn’t like was that there was no breakfast with the stay. I’ve never been to a hotel that charges extra for breakfast plus it didn’t say that when I booked

We were very pleased with the room and the staff was very pleasant especially Carrie Davis at the front desk was very professional and attentive to our needs. We will definitely stay again when we return to Frisco.
