I don’t even know where to begin. The first room wreaked of marijuana and my husband (who is highly allergic) immediately asked to be moved to another room because he couldn’t breathe and was sneezing instantly. The second room was infested with cockroaches. We took photos of 3 that were just running all over the floor. It was nasty and the staff couldn’t have cared less. Honestly we want a refund because we were so grossed out but the staff doesn’t care enough to follow up.

Haytt is always a go-to for my hotels. But this was the worst so far. Needs to be deep cleaned bad. Only having one elevator working was no fun for a packed hotel.

The Room I stayed in 325 window leaked all night during the rain storm and has a mold smell 😐
