The check in and out people were great! Very very clean up to date everything in the room. I would use it again and recommend to anyone. It also was easy access off of 75 in Allen!

It really looked really clean. But sitting at the desk had a coach roach run across my hand. Toilet needed to be fixed getting off potty it hits the wall. The knowledge of the young lady lacked professional had to run and ask manager questions. Would let me recieve a fax or send.

Did I miss something?
This is the first hotel I've stayed in thst didn't clean the room daily. In my case for 3 days. After no one came the 2nd day i asked at the desk and was told they do t clean every day, anf that he would put me on the lisy for the next day. By then i had run out of bath towels and when o asked for one i was told he didn't have any. There were also many dogs, some of which barked a lot and loudly.

Better than average
Typical hotel motel no room service for making up the bed. Asked for towels and they only could bring us two on a three night stay. The breakfast was good not great but good.
