The Staff was great! From the shuttle driver to the maintenance person! Needs a little more updating! Old furniture and torn curtains but the room was very very very clean! The continental breakfast was so nice and 24 hour coffee was perfect! Had a very peaceful stay at a great price!

What’s listed that they were shuttle service provided to the airport waited over an hour and a half for the shuttle to arrive, never did arrive end up taking a Uber to the hotel after multiple attempts of calling the hotel with no answer. Did not even get reimbursed for the Uber. I do not recommend if you are traveling or get stuck due to airlines cancellations and having to stay in a hotel near the airport. The property is unreliable on transportation.

I got an absolutely wonderful price on this room. If I could rate at a 100 stars I would. first off, they picked me up at the airport when I walked in they greeted me by name. I felt so very safe and it includes breakfast. The staff and comfort were top-notch. I highly recommend after this. I stayed in a more high-priced hotel as I was. Add a convention in the future. If I visit Dallas. This is the hotel that I will be staying at , five star all the way
