Poor customer service
We had a late arrival, the room we were given had a leak over the toilet. Went to front desk. First the attendant said there were no rooms. Then she said she did have rooms but not the same as we had. That was incorrect!! Ended up getting a similar room but attendant said I was going to have to pay more because I requested another room!! After that I asked for pillows and a blanket for the sofa sleeper. Attendant gave me the pillows and said they smell bad but still proceeded to give them to me. I will say that the second room was better.

Glad it was only one night
The lobby entrance is quite nice. And that's about where it ends unfortunately. The check-in was complicated and they charged us for early check in. When we got to our room our keys didn't work and we had to go back multiple times until they finally came and changed the battery in the lock. The room was cold when we got in and the heat wasn't working so we then had to wait for them to change the entire heating unit which left the room exposed to the outside for a while. So the room was really unusable for the first hour that we were there. There were false eyelashes on the night table which clearly had not been cleaned or dusted in quite some time. Carpets were ripped holes in the Lampshades and overall not very clean. The bed was relatively comfortable and that's about all I can say. I'm just glad we were only there for one night. The shuttle service to and from the airport was helpful but they insisted on only leaving at the top of the hour even though no one else was waiting except us so that was inconvenient. And the shuttle service to and from the stadium is paid even though they're using the hotel vans. So overall not a great experience some of the staff tried to be sort of helpful and they did wind up refunding some of our early check in money after I complained, but overall I'm just glad it was only for a night.

The property was clean, but we had to pick up our fresh towels from the front desk and exchange them with the used towels from the room. Front desk was rude. Bfast equipment didn’t work and there was no walkability. Only 1 restaurant in walking distance
