Our vehicle was broken into and a valuable personal item was taken. We filed a police report only after we tried to talk to a staff member regarding surveillance. We were told there is no surveillance in certain areas of the hotel which is disappointing. The staff member also showed no concern about her situation which made me even more concerned. We have stayed in that hotel several times before and have had a few issue but nothing like this. I had several family members with me and we had 4 rooms. I will never stay at this hotel again. If you stay here it’s at your own risk!

This property has easy access to the major road between Dallas and Denton. You can easily see it from the freeway. The property was lovely. The bed was comfortable and I am very picky! I did not wake up stiff and hurting! Breakfast was nice and someone even serves you the hot items!!! I am already planning to stay here again.

Comfy beds. Spacious room. Tasty hot breakfast. Parking lot lighting was great! Food server was delightfully friendly and gracious. Women at registration desk not so much - unfriendly and certainly not gracious. Housekeeper as well as her supervisor did not follow our repeated requests regarding cleaning and towel supply. Bathroom lighting was terribly dark; my husband could barely see to shave, and I couldn't see to put on my makeup. Tub was super slippery and slanted with nothing to prevent an impending fall and potential law suit. Thank God we escaped unscathed.

Very disappointed because I forgot my headphones on the bed the first night, I asked the front desk multiple times and they told me they would call me and after a week they never called back.
