The bed was comfy. The pillows were good. Bedding was nice. Shower was great, along with the Shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied. Complimentary breakfast was good. I have no complaints!

Not what I expected from SpringHill. After a long drive I was tired and just wanted to crash. First surprise pay 40 dollars to park or drive a half mile to a parking lot and walk back. Went to parking lot and if someone didn’t help me I wouldn’t know how to get out of the lot. Walked back. Second surprise, room was very warm and couldn’t turn it down. Tried to call the front desk but couldn’t get through so had to go downstairs to get help. The front desk and house keeping quickly responded. Finally I’m ready to settle down and watch the game and the tv didn’t work. At this point I just went to bed. It was frustrating and disappointing. I will say if it weren’t for the ladies at the front desk who were very gracious I’d have given you a 1
