I’ve stated at this hotel, probably 10 or 12 times and this was the only time I was very disappointed with the check in process. They did not have a room ready in the early afternoon as we requested, but they took my number to be told when room was available. At 2 PM I received a text saying the room was available. We went to check-in and long story short the room wasn’t ready until 4:10

Recently stayed for my first time in New York and was impressed! My room was very clean, quiet and modern, and the lobby had a very cozy atmosphere and smelled amazing. It was also within walking distance to various restaurants, shopping and transportation. Would recommend and stay again!

Liked The hotel was easily accessible as it was close to both NY Penn and the PA Bus Station. The room was clean and just right for a short stay. Dis-likes The area around the hotel was noisy with someone using a leaf blower at 4am each morning just outside the hotel. The coffee shop wasn’t great. Their drip coffee was lacking flavour and the pastry I had was stale. Quality of TV reception was poor with constant flickering.

Great location, overall nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very small which I guess is usual for New York Midtown. Although I didn't feel unsafe, the area around the hotel tends to be dirty with the smell of Marijuana very prevalent.
