Nice hotel and really helpful staff. Let down by cold bathroom, fridge not cooling and having to chase up to get room cleaned on two of the four days we stayed. Limited relaxing spaces which were always a bit too busy and noisy.

This is a property well located close to port authority bus station and penn station (train). It is walking distance to the subway and shopping areas. Although uniquely located, would say that the hotel rooms are exceptionally small and perhaps due to the location and time of year( dec 2024) the price was on the higher side than I was expected. There is an urban fee about 200 dollars per my stay(4days) that you are allowed bottle of water etc although I have to say that I did not receive that every day. there is a bar, coffee shop and restaurant at this location however, I can speak to the bar, which was nice and staff friendly and accommodating. I dont think I will stay at this hotel again. I was comfortable and it served its purpose, but it really did not stand out as exceptional for NYC.

Do not use hotel valet
I thought the room was amazing but had a very bad experience checking out. I call an hour before me walking down i wanted my vehicle retrieved from valet service. So i walked down they said a request was never put in and she renter it in now waited another hour after me checking out still did not receive my vehicle ended up missing my flight thanks to the valet services.
