Wonderful stay over Thanksgiving! Front desk check-in staff was super friendly and welcoming. Beautiful lobby area and nice bar / restaurant. Rooms were very clean. Overall a five star experience that we thoroughly enjoyed!

Comfortable Hotel
This was the perfect place to stay when going to the Granada. It wasn’t too close to the craziness of Greenville and just close enough to have the hotel provide a free shuttle to the theatre. The uber back home was only 5 minutes. The king bed was very comfortable and the place felt roomy. There was some talking we would hear from around the windows, so the glass or walls around there must be thin. It was almost like there was someone on the patios around us, but we didn’t have patios. Nothing too noisy, just noticeable. We enjoyed hanging out in their quiet bar before and after the theatre. In the morning we had a nice latte with some sausage patties, over easy eggs and seasoned potatoes with toast at the same place that we had wine and old fashions the night before. Just a lovely place to stay with everything we wanted.

The staff was absolutely amazing! The hotel was beautiful and the complimentary shuttle service to the SMU Campus was so helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Highly recommend!!!

Reserved room was not available Shower didnt work- fixed after multiple calls and visits to hotel front desk after 7 hours Tv didnt work- fixed myself Refrigerator didnt work- fixed myself My car was stolen in hotel parking lot. Seriously, my yukon was stolen. Staff was sometimes friendly
