Upon arrival at the Westin my family and I was barely greeted. The staff did not show around the hotel to ensure accuracy of elevators, room etc. The pool had live/dead crickets floating around. The bathroom vent was filled with dust particles. I would rate this hotel a 6 out of 10

This hotel was a good choice for overnight accommodation after missing our flight out of DFW. The shuttle service was timely and staff was courteous. Would stay here again.
