The overall stay was amazing. Comfy beds, good vibes. The only negative thing was the elevators being broken so the stairs after a long night of dance music was a drag but I will definitely be booking again for next year! Hopefully we’ll get up early enough for the complementary breakfast!

The elevator has been out for MONTHS. Obviously something yhat can be repaired but it has been neglected. On top of not being told until check in, I was asked to sign a liability waiver to walk the 4 flights of stairs to my room since the 4th floor was all that was left.
Breakfast buffet was terrible. Elevators out of service and they want you to sign a waiver for using the stairs, to hell with that fix the hotel and dial it in. Think the owner needs his flag pulled.
Elevator was broke, so I had to use the stairs, and there was no conditioner in my room prior to arriving, the sun curtain was broken in the bathroom. Light only had one light to rest and not turn on.
The elevator was broken. Had to carry bags up 3 flights of stairs. Very inconvenient. Also the hotel rooftop bar was closed.

The room was good but had no soap. Not to wash hands or in the shower. I didn't notice until I was taking a shower.
The elevator being broken was definitely a bummer but the service was great and they did offer to help with bags.

Elevators we're not working luckily we were on the 2nd floor. Pillows were almost none existent. Property was clean and staff was very nice.

So the building has some structural issues and we did not find this out until we checked in. Their elevator shaft is needing to be fixed so NO elevator (we had to sign a risk form using just the stairs) and because of this they only booked the bottom 3 floors. Thus the noise from the freeway is noticeable. They have a sound machine in the room but still it was hard to sleep with all the traffic noise.
