The bed were okay but I wish the comforters were thicker. The breakfast were awesome! The pancake machine is entertaining and it makes fluffy mini pancake! My teens said, “if we are to visit this city again we should stay here because they have the pool table, gym and swimming pool!!! The staff were all friendly!

This was our first time at a Tru Hilton. This hotel was recommended to me by a friend. Things we didnt like: no coffee pot in the room, no clock in the room, no towel rack for hand towel in the bathroom, the a/c fan never cut off - even though we turned of the "constant" fan and it was very loud. The room was pretty small with alot of furniture. The breakfast was ok - absolutely nothing special. The eggs and sausage were cold and the pancake machine didnt work. Would we stay again? Probably not

The staff was very friendly. The facilities are nice and we enjoyed the pool area. Our room was nice but very small. There was no closet (just a rack over the mini fridge for hangers). Our only real complaint is that the lobby area smells like dog pee. There were pets everywhere (even staff had a dog behind the front desk).
