This hotel stay was very uncomfortable. Everything was dirty, and broken, in the room. Tried to turn the heat on and a terrible burning smell emitted. Many items in the room seemed as if they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Staff was lacking customer service skills.

There were pros and cons to this hotel. Lots of stores around and plenty of places to eat at. Parking was free and everyone in the staff was friendly. The outside grounds were clean other than the trash receptacles were over looked for emptying. We went to breakfast on the second day we were there and seen a roach crawling across the floor. The stairs going up to the second floor were not cleaned the whole time we were there. The price of the hotel was reasonable. Overall we would stay again. I believe that every hotel has roaches and I am sure that they have an exterminator come once a month. So with that all said we would stay again.

Very pet friendly
Nice clean hotel, room was clean. Fair pet fee at only $20, too many hotels call themselves pet friendly, but then charge $75-100 for one night. They also had nice grassy area for walking our dog. We found a lot of other hotels that didn't even have grass around.
