Pros: Check-in, room cleanliness, coffee, quiet, shower water pressure was good, nice stay overall, will stay here again if I’m ever in Dalton. Cons: table/desk/chair was located in a strange area, blocking the walkway, while there was an empty space in the corner by the window where it should have been. We had to move the desk chair out of the way so we could get passed.The trashcans are too small. It seems like small trashcans are the norm in other hotel chains too.

softest pillows
this seemed to be pretty well maintained property. the staff were friendly and attentive. the beds were so comfortable. I would love to have those pillows at home. Breakfast was particularly well executed. They had a little of everything to offer for any breakfast lover. The pool was open and I enjoyed that in the afternoon. Overall it was a good stay.

Rooms in the bathroom were not the cleanest, wallpaper was breaking off at the seams. Carpet was extremely wet from leaking AC unit I’m assuming by the window or a previous guest that wasn’t able to dry in time. Carpet was extremely stained in the rooms, felt dirty, just kept sandals on till I crawled into bed. Breakfast was hot and coffee was perfect. Outside area wasn’t the cleanest, I don’t know if they were guest or a homeless camp, but the lower area by the pool, 3 people were outside grilling and making racket most of the night. Sounds travel very easily through property.
