Room was infested with bed bugs. Got bit on my legs, shoulders, arms and neck. There was a blood stain on the pillow when I woke up. After I noticed the bites I looked in the corner of the mattress and it was covered in bed bug poop. I only asked for a partial refund. They denied me. I said I would leave an honest review if they did not make it right. They agreed to a refund, but said I had to do it through expedia. Expedia called the manager who said I could have a one day refund out of two and then told the expedia customer service he would not approve a refund. So unless you want to get your car, office and home infested with bed bugs I would pay more money to stay at a place who honors their customers. They were not very nice at all and wanted to see the pictures on my phone. which is not legal.

I was put in a handicap room, gave me a bad feeling as the door swings the wrong way and I could be blocked into my room. Also asked for extra towels and all that was available was pool towels. I had to stand around for 15mins to check out, and there is a weird smell in the whole hotel.
