First time staying here. Not sure if we would stay at the hotel again. Checked into our room on the 3rd floor. Started unpacking a few things. Noticed all food crumbs on the floor inbetween the beds and night stand. Then saw more by the b ase of the beds. We had a double queen room. My husband noticed that something on the floor looked like a dead roach. Sure enough it was. Looked at the air and heating vent near the window. It was loaded with dust build up. The room also had a sour stench to it like something was embedded in the carpet. Had enough after seeing roach. Went to the front desk and they gave us the room next door. A bit better. No smell but air vent was filthy with dust build up. Wouldnt take much for housekeeping to take a duster to them when cleaning the rooms. 1st room had a desk light and floir standing lamp. 2nd room was very dark. No lighting fixtures other than lights by the bed table. Light above mirror was burnt out. Lighting in bathroom dim. Not good at all for ladies who apply makeup. No fan in bathroom either. After showering everything was steamed up. Entire room got all humid. The casino appeared to be clean and well kept up. Would be nice to have a coffee shop in the place to grab something for a breakfast. I would say if this place is calling it a RESORT, they should live up to having better standards for their hotel. We were in room 318, kids running up and down the hall that stayed 2 rooms down from us. Didnt win a dime. Not a good experience.
