This is a 5 star hotel, for which you pay thousands of dollars. But there was no coffee or tea in our room. They don’t provide even water. You have to walk for 10 mins to go get coffee in the morning. The check in lines are long as staff is less and overworked. Guest service times are long. If you ask for anything takes them ages to get it to you. Have never paid this much and got so little out of a hotel.

The beach access was the only thing great about this hotel. The rooms are ok, linens were shaggy and stained. The staff weren't not friendly or helpful at all. The valet parking is also something else- $75 per night with no other option. Also, if you have a complaint, good luck with getting any help or talking to a manager. Save your money and stay somewhere else with cheaper valet and better quality of service.

We loved it. It was a wonderful time. Everyone was so nice to us. What a great experience and the nightclub oh my God it was like being inside a music video. And the drink drinks so delicious mixologist really know what they’re doing there. We would totally recommend going again.

The surrounding was beautiful, but at least one staff named Andre was very rude and hangup the phone on me about 6 times when I needed help the most. My flight was delayed and rescheduled the next day, and desperately needed help with my reservation. Someone else from helpdesk was extremely helpful in assisting me. The shower in the bathroom wasn't quite clean, but everything else was great. Overall, all went well.
