Only one concern which is that i had the do not disturb sign on the door my entire 3 day stay but day 1 i noticed my towells had been changed out when i returned. Very nice of them but expect no service when i put do not disturb sign. Everything else about the stay was wonderful and they even upgraded me to a partial ocean view since i was a hilton rewards member even at basic level

Not clean at all!the room was overused.definitely needs renovations,bathroom looked dirty. there was a cleaning rag or whatever that was just didn’t even want to take a shower.the coffee machine was dirty as well.

The room service was poor at best. Stayed 5 nights and room was cleaned once! Had do go to front desk for towels. Parking fee was charged at check in, no mention of this made until the night of check in

Took 35 minutes to get drinks from the bar tender. He was helping cook, he waited tables and tended bar. There was not a lot of customers but I bought drinks a handful of times and it was ridiculously slow and for the price I could walk across the street and get to got drinks and still make it back with 10 minutes to spare. Limited smoking, outside bar was down, no hot tubs. Overall nice hotel but amenities are pathetic. Idk if I will stay again

Our room smelled of wet dog! They offered to send in housekeeping. we ended up getting another room. They only had king rooms. We needed 2 queens. The second room was some better but the overall smell of the whole hotels smelled like animals.

The facility seemed great in areas, and like they were mid-update or needed to update in others. We found a large bug on our coffee counter one evening that they promptly took care of for us. No spa/hot tub which had been advertised online.

Hilton garden inn I felt let down On check in we discover there was no view from this room. In face looking out the bay window all I saw was a dirty wall. Mind you we have 12 previous stays here but was treated poorly The hotel was deserted. Front desk Kaitlyn offered an upgrade at a cost. The cost is I will not be back. There are too many nicer hotels on Daytona Beach. Our room smelt like mold and the bathroom had a filthy shower. On day 1 housekeeping showed up at 9:30 am and woke us up. I asked they come back after 11:00 am. I mentioned there was no moisturizer in the container in the bathroom. We left to fish at 11:00 am when we returned at 6:30 pm, the room was not touched by staff. Oh It’s now $10.00 to park your car. Goodbye Hilton garden inn We will not be returning.
