Amazing!
Front desk personnel were absolutely amazing and very friendly! Francesco was outstanding at helping me out in the early am! There was another lady who was amazing who generally works the evening shift, who was the most patience and outstanding working! I wish I would’ve caught her name as well! Facilities were clean, the breakfast switched up every day which was nice for a longer stay! Would definitely go back!

The customer service is lacking in warmth. I called a few times regarding the shuttle service both times the person speaking to me didn't even say goodbye before hanging up. During check in the staff, member was very dry.Didn't make much eye contact. I stayed at this very same property several years ago, and the customer service was significantly better. I was only there for a few hours so I don't know if this is just a fluke for one night or if this is the new norm in service standards

They offer a shuttle from the train station but it never shows up. Waited an hour 2 separate times and no shuttle ever showed up. Ended up having to buy an uber.
