We enjoyed the separate little kitchen with sink which could be closed off Nice big bathroom- bed was comfortable All felt clean and updated Nice pool and hot tub - little cafe was pleasant Only disappointment was “ocean view” which we requested- could see blue in the distance but thought we would be closer based on picture .

Probably won't stay here again...
Overall this wasn't the best experience I've had at a best western. First of all we arrived around 7:30 p.m. and we're promptly checked into a handicap accessible room. When I asked to have a standard room they told me none were available. I suggested to them that if I wanted a handicap accessible room I would have reserved one at the time of booking. The shower was conducive for someone in a wheelchair but not someone standing up with tons of bath products. They were unwilling to accommodate a move the entire trip. Additionally I called in advance and asked to ask about getting a higher floor. I was told a note was going on my reservation and that wouldn't be a problem. Except when I checked in I didn't get that either. And the additional that I paid for an ocean view was obstructed by buildings and parking structures with exception of a little sliver here and there. Then there was the mouse droppings all over the patio. I'm not even sure where to go with that. I will say the bed was pretty comfortable.

I caught a nice sunset and soaked in the hot tub, was perfect! Just a one-night stay for work but the hotel is really clean, the property is cute, the hot tub was great, the ocean views are lovely, and it's a short walk to many great restaurant options. I would definitely come back.
