The BAYVIEW staff is amazing. Super kind and helpful and they always go above and beyond and that’s why I always vacation at this Hotel. The pool hours are long, the hot tub is hot and the bed is comfy. The free breakfast is amazing. It’s my favourite Hotel.

When I pay for the room in advance on my credit card there should not be any additional financial hold on my card. This is very insulting and demeaning. It is unnecessary to protect the hotels financial interests. It is just bad practice and places the hotel at a competitive disadvantage comparatively. It is very unwelcoming and creates a bad reputation. Stop it !

This is the forth time for me, coming here, Cleanliness: Parking lot. Nothing out of order,always looks welcoming. Front check in, clean as a whistle. When I get to my room, after a long travel. I open the door. Walk in , take my shoes off. Knowing, my sock won't get dirty. I don't have to check anything! Because I know it's Clean. And the staff: Nothing but praises there. I met a lovely young man there. Full of personality plus. He got his 5yr. pin. How wonderful was that for him! However when he needs to be more white collar, he's on the money. Another front person. A young woman, who got her one year pin. She was over the moon about it. I needed some help. I said I would like to be there when the maintenance man comes. It was to do with my TV.. Well by gosh, after 5 minutes of getting in . She called me . 5 minutes later he was there. I saw this young woman, just before her shift was over, a few hr. later. She asked how did it go? Like WOW!! The maintenance man. Was the best ever. I'm not tec savey this fob for the tv. We sat down . He explained everything. Yes I got it. So simple. He was a true gentleman!! Oh ya, before I forget. The cleaning lady. She was down the hall from my room . I just got back and saw her. I waved my arm and said good afternoon . Well. with her beautiful blond hair in a pony tail . She did the same back to me. How wonderful is that! Thank you Bayview Hotel, for your wonderful staff!! True Canadian Staff!!!!
