Exit the kitchen to a large side deck with patio table, umbrella and chairs, picnic table and gas grill. The rear of the home offers a bonus family/living room with sliders to the rear yard. Other amenities include a washer, dryer, and WiFi. Mini split ac units in the back room and dining room only.
