Surprisingly comfortable and clean, good breakfast

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this Best Western. It was impeccably clean, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was top-notch. The decor of the room was a little drab -- but it's a chain, what can you do? This room was far more comfortable than many more expensive boutique hotels I've stayed in in the past.

Stellar service and all around great place to stay

Check-in was quick and friendly. The hotel and grounds were clean and up-to-date. Breakfast had a nice amount of choices. All the staff I greeted were very courteous. For the price, this place was top notch! Will dfntly keep in mind if I'm in the area.

Great bargain in Easton

Very clean and spacious room with 2 tvs and a sitting area. Great bargain and well-located to visit St. Michaels, Easton and even Tilghman Island. Friendly staff at check-in. We will definitely stay again as we come to St. Michaels several times a year.

I historically had good stays at Best Westerns. For this stay, the staff at the desk were friendly, professional and helpful. The room was clean, and the hotel offered complimentary coffee and breakfast. The location was good and had free parking. Overall I had a good experience.
