Staff is always nice, room was clean, bed was comfortable. Like the pool and hot tub! I think the only thing that would make the stay a little more enjoyable (for some) would be updated TVs- smart TVs only because the channels are limited. Other then that the hotel is very nice, I would recommend it.

Fine stay, clean enough, spacious enough. Complained that the fridge was broken. Staff was completely unconcerned. Asked for a repair. Nope. Asked for a swap. Nope. Asked for extra ice buckets. Nope. Their best was to offer me some garbage bags that I could fill with ice to keep things cool. Are you serious? How do people like this keep jobs in the service industry? BTW, people have complained about the fridges in the past, so if the owner responds with that nonsense "Thank you for your feedback! We're improving" line you can tell for sure they're full of it. Go to the Holiday Inn next door.

The AC did not work in our room the first night and we were told there was nothing that could be done. It was so hot and uncomfortable. We weren’t even offered an apology. They did move us the next day, but no refund or compensation was offered, and mostly, there was no apology.

The sign in the front door states that it is a smoke/vape-free property, but a sitting area next to the front door where smokers gather emits a disgusting smell from the cigarettes in a cig disposal container nearby. The sofa and chair in the suite is very uncomfortable. I didn’t like that the golf channel and MLB channel were not in the tv channel lineup. We will probably not stay here again.

The day I was due to check-in my sister died. I understand your policy about cancellations, but no one offered me any sort of a deal. Oh well, after staying at this specific hotel atleast 5 or 6 separate occasions, I suppose I will need to find other accomidations for my future stays in Easom, MD

The hotel room and dining area were very clean, the room did smell a little musty. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh fruit. The refrigerator in our room did not work. The front desk said the would need to talk to the manager in the morning. That didn't take care of the problem in a timely manner. Then the second night the smoke detector started beeping right after we fell asleep. Instead of them getting a new battery for it, we had to pack everything up and move to a different room! The bed in the new room was definitely not a king size bed like our original room. We were very disappointed. We had stayed at this property a few years ago and had a wonderful experience and that's why we chose it.

The rooms are clean. We did need to make a room change due to the bottom sheet of one of our beds had a very large yellow stain. The front desk agent was helpful. They do have items missing in some rooms. Our family members didn't have an iron. When we switched rooms we were then missing the ironing board. Their breakfast was good. Over all they were an average hotel. Could be better with improvements.
