I specifically chose this hotel because they had an indoor pool and hot tub. Upon arrival, I was informed that I couldn't use either due to electrical problems AND the main elevator was out of order. At least they had 2 elevators. Even still, I would have chosen a different hotel if I knew about these issues prior to getting there. I was extremely disappointed, so they ended up comping one of my nights, but it dampened our spirits to look at a pool and hot tub that we couldn't use.

We had one night here and it was great ! Upon check in I found out we had free dinner , free breakfast , three free drinks each and popcorn for a snack . It was a miserable snowy night and one young lady was handling the bar and food. Food was mediocre but who cares ! It was filling and we didn’t have to go back out in the snow to eat as we expected. All of the staff were kind and helpful. We got a two room suite and having a sofa and comfortable chair was worth the extra $20 . Wish I’d known about the hot tub and would have been prepared. Breakfast was standard and very tasty ! The mattress was perfect for my back and I was so comfy .

Definitely over-rated in the reviews. Old building but has been renovated. Good water pressure in shower. Bed comfortable but linens were old. Elevator opens with a bang. Recommend room away from elevator. We didn't have breakfast but it looked good. Free parking.
