The check-in process was smooth. The gentleman that checked me in was very polite and answered all of my questions. They took our trash every day and gave us clean towels. The room did look bigger online than it was in person, but the bed was really comfortable. However, I did not like that I had to pay for parking (which was $30 for two nights) and I didn't like where the parking garage was located. We had to take two different elevators to get to our room. They said there was a shuttle but it only went in a two mile radius of the hotel. And it felt like the AC was out in the lobby, it was really hot walking through there.

The lobby of the hotel is absolutely beautiful and you can tell they really take care of it. The room could use some updates and more tlc in the bathroom. There was no hot water in the bathroom, lukewarm at best, same with the hot tub and the jets did not work which was disappointing. Overall, just an okay hotel to stay at.

First room had an issue with the lock so they Gave us a second room and said it was a suite. Turned out to be a handicap room. You have to pay for parking on top of your room. Balcony was filthy. Hairs on bed. Bugs and flies in room.
