The property was right off the main interstate. There was a lot of restaurants within walking distance to choose from. The daily breakfast was great, rooms were clean, beds were cozy, and there was an awesome outlet mall two blocks away.

I have always been able to check in early when rooms were available at no charge, which they did stated they did have rooms ready to go. They wanted $60, even a half hour prior to check in. The nickle and diming has gotten out of control. When we finally checked our room was unmade and the soap dispenser was empty in the shower. The positive….room was a good size. That’s it! I’m beyond disappointed and irritated at the customer service and staff. I should have ubered to DTC or Lone Tree to stay.

There may have been an insect found in the sheets...possibly a BB.. As a former front desk supervisor I was dissapointed at the service during check in, you could tell he did not want to be there, and I felt he did not know the property very well when I asked him where the closest place to park by my room would be. The morning breakfast staff were very nice and on top of everything, and the food was really good.
