When we arrived I noticed the guest in front of me was having problems with his room. Another guest that was a Hilton honors was having problems with his app not opening the door not would the key card. I didn't think much about it. When my wife and I checked into our room it was not cleaned. Trash was all over the room, bed not made, bathroom was dirty! When we went downstairs to tell the front desk lady she asked if we wanted it cleaned? I told her we want her to do something! We were moved to another room and it was clean. But no apology... No nothing. The lobby seemed to be messy. With many other options in this area I have reason to come back.

Advertised as serving small plates in bar. There was no food available in the evening. They printed a list of close locations for food. The problem was that it was pouring, heavy rain. I resorted to Grubhub. I couldn’t get breakfast the next morning because of needing the early shuttle to the airport.

Great Room
The bed was so soft and the room very spacious! I really enjoyed the room. The cleanliness of the lobby was not on par but overall I would highly recommend the King Suite!
