Comfortable enough
Comfortable bed. The bedside lamps/electric outlights didn't work if I turned off the switch (which you needed to do to turn off overhead light) so I couldn't charge my phone next to the bed. Inees my phone nearby to hear the alarm so that was annoying. Staff was friendly. I didn't try breakfast.

Shuttle driver from DIA to hotel was driving way too fast (during rush hour)! On arrival, the front desk smelled like an ashtray and the atmosphere wasn't super inviting-it felt like it was under renovation. Morning shuttle to the airport was much nicer. Stay was average, but I won't be staying again. Note, the DIA shuttle starts at 3:30am, but this isn't advertised.

The two girls at the front desk when I checked in were absolutely fantastic. They were helpful, funny and kind. They came together to help me solve a charging issue with my phone and couldn’t have been any more gracious to me in the process. Thank You Very Much Ladies!

Property was very nice and clean. It had been updated, and is kept up. My room was good, bed was comfortable, A/C worked very well, clean, nice pillows and sheets (drawers on dresser kept slowly sliding open - which is a shin killer), but other furniture was fine. Bathroom was bright, clean and linens were good as well. The breakfast was good and they had a nice variety. Eating area was pleasant and easy to find seating. My only complaint was the shuttle. My flight was detained and so I picked up luggage at DIA about 12:15PM. I had called ahead prior to my flight leaving Chicago to let them know, but they shut the service down at midnight. I understand you can't afford to have a driver on standby all the time, but if they are made aware, (and offer FREE shuttle service, which was one of the reasons I chose this hotel), I thought a shuttle ride could be reserved. Instead, I had to pay $55 to grab a taxi from DIA. The gentleman who checked me in was lovely, apologetic and sympathetic which was helpful. If you dont need a shuttle during odd hours, this hotel is great and worth it. I would stay again.
