The lodge is cozy and nicely updated. Beautiful woodwork. The staff was friendly. Beds and room comfortable and spacious. The grounds are beautiful and the old growth trees amazing. The only not so good part was that the hot tub was not working while we were there, which is what my teenage son really looks forward to about vacations. It would have been nice to know it would be closed.

Property seemed old and somewhat dated. Also, the roofs had heavy moss. Some of the roofs had ferns and weeds growing on them.

Staff was kind and easy to work with. The property, over all was beautiful. The suites were huge with great views. I did find the water pressure in the shower was on the low side and i did run out of hot water. Over all i would stay there again.

False advertising- the infinity pool in the photos is NOT part of the included amenities for the hotel (it’s part of the spa across the street and the cost is $95 per person for day use). The hotel staff did not accommodate us since that is the only reason I booked the hotel - even called twice about the pool. The grounds and room are beautiful but everything else is lacking. Average amenities, no shampoo/conditioner in the bathrooms, the restaurant is mediocre and the pool is indoors. Only worth it if you plan on spending most of your time in your room enjoying the view, otherwise not really worth it.

Markets themselves as a relaxing resort and spa but we got put in first floor room with kids and pets above us that woke us up at 5:30 am banging and jumping. And no resolution was given when we complained. Terrible customer service and you will not get any sleep there.

Beautiful space inside and out. Staff didn’t seem to be as on top of things but friendly and very helpful except for whoever I got on the phone calling reservations the day before my trip. Rooms well cared for but perhaps a little outdated. This was my first visit and I will go back.
